License
Buying HelloTune gives you a personal, perpetual license to use the current version and all 1.x updates on up to 3 Macs you own. You may not resell or share your license key.
Trial
HelloTune can be used free of charge for 7 days. Afterwards, apps play at their normal volume until a license is entered.
Payment
Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, which also handles invoices and taxes. Your license key is shown right after payment and sent by email.
Refunds & right of withdrawal
If HelloTune doesn’t work for you, email info@hellotune.de within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; for digital content it expires once the download or license has been provided with your prior consent.
Warranty & liability
HelloTune is provided as is. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
